CARB Certification ?

Bureaucracy in California is Fat and Slow, it is stated so on their website (I added the Fat part)
For Speed to claim that they have it, without having it, would kill the company.
So, I have no doubt that they have it.
I agree with you and it is a really big accomplishment.
I don't know why they haven't shown it to the people like they did the EPA cert.

I’m surprised RG hasn’t posted anything about it yet. Such a monumental accomplishment for him and the brand. Should silence the naysayers for now. Congratulations to the whole Speed team and all who were involved in getting this done.
Bet he's still partying down south taking a much deserved break. He won't rest for long though and because of that posted carb cert he'll definitely take the opportunity to gloat over that. Then maybe he'll slip in some bogus check ball story that makes the car smoke like it's blown up? 
I feel like he announced it at KOH and no one really said anything besides a couple of people. I don't think it really mattered until the first 12 started to actually take the cars home. Once people start taking cars home then people will start asking questions. Hopefully that will be any week now.

Somewhere in the middle of this video I made is where Todd announced it at the opening in Lake Havasu Presidents’ Day weekend.
He did announce it but people tend to need to see it and now that has happened.
. Of course those are the people who hate they didn't put a deposit down earlier
